Software Needed: Viewing and printing of the .pdf files require the free software, Adobe Reader. Click here to download the newest version. Follow their instructions to install it on your computer.
Download Files: Click the title of any of the files listed below. A .pdf download box will display. Save the file to your computer. Be sure to notice where on your computer you’re saving the file so you can find it again.
View or Print: Find the downloaded file(s) on your computer and double-click the icon. It should open immediately. Print single or double-sided from your home printer.
New Meeting Materials:
- Group Registration/Update Form
Send in one copy of this form to register your group and have the information added to the Meeting List. If information changes (date, time, location, leader, etc.), print and send a new form with updated information.You DO NOT need to register your group to use Heart t’ Heart materials. You DO need to register your group if you want it to be considered an official Heart t’ Heart group and to have voting rights on policies and procedures.

We recommend printing this on cardstock and keeping it in a page protector so it can be used many times.
